Easton Shoes respects and values your privacy. We will never share your personal information, including your name, address and e-mail address with anyone.

We may occassionally contact you via e-mail or snail mail to inform you of certain promotions or events we feel may be of interest to you.

You may advise us if you do not wish to be contacted.

Returns Policy


We will accept returns of unworn shoes which are returned in original undamaged shoe boxes, as new, with all original packing materials if returned within 14 days of purchase. Shoes must be returned in a separate shipping carton. We will credit your credit card account for the original purchase price of the item only, or ship replacement merchandise at no additional charge (for the first replacement only). Shipping charges are not refundable. Worn items, sale items and non-shoe items may not be returned.

Defects Policy

We reserve the right to replace or repair defective items at our discretion. All shoes that we distribute are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for six months from the date of purchase. This is the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions, you may call us or e-mail us at any time. If we find the item to be defective and we are unable to repair or replace it, we will credit your charge account for the original purchase or prorate according to usage and length of time. We are not responsible for any repairs attempted by another person or entity.
